7-Day Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy
Anna Nucci Italy only exchanges products if it does not fit our customers. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, send us photos of your pair of shoes (at least 5 photos; show us the interior and exterior parts of the shoes) to enquiry@annanucci.com, along with your order number and we will assist you from there.


All products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Hence, Anna Nucci Italy does not have a refund or return policy. Our gift cards are also non-returnable.

Shipping Policy for Exchange Requests
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and if we do not receive them, we would not process your exchange for you.
